Indoor Meetings 2009

Indoor meetings are held at the Lymington Community Centre on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month and commence at 7.15pm.

The re-introduction of the great bustard

Originally warden of Martin Down, Mr Toynton now works on Salisbury Plain and so has been involved first hand in this exciting project.

Mrs Noble is the treasurer and welfare officer of New Forest Badger Group. She will give an insight into the rescue work she is involved in - not only badger cubs but other native mammals too.

Mr Poynter is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Institute and has a lifelong interest in natural history. His previous talk to us was on wild orchids.

Dr Skeates is the Chairman and Recorder of the Hampshire Fungi Recording Group.

Mr Allen is a member of the British Dragonfly Society and has studied and photographed dragonflies in this and other countries for many years.

Badgers and other Woodland Wildlife

Mr Marsh has won an award for his Nature Journals in the BBC Wildlife Magazine and has had several articles featured in County Magazines. Books & cards will be for sale. Bring money.
