Indoor meetings are held at the Lymington Community Centre on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month and commence at 7.15pm.


	13 January JIM DAY or BOB CHAPMAN Blashford Lakes update This talk will, as last time, be followed by the opportunity to visit the reserve - on Saturday February 7th. See Field Meetings page for details.

Film evening
Member of the society Dr Hinge is well known to most of us and is now a nationally recognised wildlife film maker.

We do not often repeat a speaker the very next season but Mr Small's much acclaimed talk on Titchfield Haven prompted us to do so..

PAUL TOYNTON
The re-introduction of the great bustard
Originally warden of Martin Down, Mr Toynton now works on Salisbury Plain and so has been involved first hand in this exciting project.


	10 March GRAHAM GIDDENS Spring Birds of Coast and Forest We have enjoyed Mr Giddens presentations over the years about the birds and shores local to us. This is a new talk, hopefully seasonally topical - depending on the weather!

Ups and downs of rearing orphaned wild animals
Mrs Noble is the treasurer and welfare officer of New Forest Badger Group. She will give an insight into the rescue work she is involved in - not only badger cubs but other native mammals too.

Seasonal Impressions
Mr Poynter is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Institute and has a lifelong interest in natural history. His previous talk to us was on wild orchids.

Which will contain guidance on suitable trees, plants and habitat creation with displays as well as slides.

Fungi Cannot Hear
Dr Skeates is the Chairman and Recorder of the Hampshire Fungi Recording Group.


	10 November PETER ALLEN Dragonflies Mr Allen is a member of the British Dragonfly Society and has studied and photographed dragonflies in this and other countries for many years.

GEOFF MARSH
Badgers and other Woodland Wildlife
Mr Marsh has won an award for his Nature Journals in the BBC Wildlife Magazine and has had several articles featured in County Magazines. Books & cards will be for sale. Bring money.

8 December
